How will I receive my photos?

Your high-resolutions edited photos will be delivered via online gallery and will be available for 30 days after final delivery. You will be able to download and share for your personal use. You have up to 30 days from when you receive your photos to download. There will be a $30 fee to retrieve the gallery after 30 days.

What is your turn around time?

The final delivery of the high-resolution edited photos will be completed within 4-6 weeks from the session date. Express editing can be arranged for a fee.

Do you give RAW unedited photos?

No unedited RAW or JPG files/photos will be given to the client as they do not reflect the final product of my service.

Do you retouch photos?

I only lightly retouch blemishes and whiten smiles. Any other edits requested will be subject to a charge.

How does payment work?

I require 50% initial non-refundable retainer that will go towards the overall cost to reserve your date. The other half is due 24 hours before your session. I can do payments through HoneyBook.

What if we need to cancel/reschedule our shoot?

If the client decides to cancel, the 50% initial retainer fee for reserving your session is non-refundable and any monies paid after will be refunded.

Due to weather conditions (heavy rain, hail, snow, etc.), sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Rescheduling for any other reason must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to session date and time for a rescheduling fee of $30. Rescheduling sessions 48 hours before the initial date will be subject to a $60 rescheduling fee.

Is there a travel fee?

Anywhere inside of the 30-mile radius from San Antonio, TX 78254 is included with your package. Anywhere outside of the 30-mile radius is subject to $0.67 per mile, round trip.

Travel expenses such as parking, shipping, or destination fees must be reimbursed prior to the session date.
